AI workflow automation

We identify where AI can make work better, then build the workflows and tools that make it happen.

Email us about a workflow

Who it’s for

Teams with repetitive, time-consuming work, such as documents, content, catalogues or data handling, who want to know where AI genuinely helps and where simpler automation is enough.

01What you get

What you get

  1. A map of the workflow as it runs today, with the steps worth automating marked
  2. A recommendation for each step: AI, ordinary rule-based automation, or a person
  3. The automated workflow, and the screens people use to review and correct its output
  4. Documentation of what the automation does and where it can go wrong

Automate the steps that repeat. Keep people at the points where judgment matters.

02How we work

How we work

  1. Map the process

Every step, who does it, how long it takes, and what goes wrong.

  2. Choose the right tool

Rules where the inputs are predictable; AI where they are not; people where judgment matters.

  3. Build with review built in

Automation that shows its work, so people can check and correct it.

We start with the work, not the model. We map how a process actually runs today, find the steps that are repetitive, slow or error-prone, and decide where AI helps, where ordinary automation is enough, and where a person should stay in charge.

Then we build it: the workflow, the connections to the systems you already use, and the interface people use to review, correct and trust the output.

03Scope

Typical work

  • Mapping a workflow and identifying where AI is worth applying
  • Automating document, content or data handling with human review built in
  • Internal tools that bring AI assistance into an existing process
  • Connecting AI services to the systems you already run

Covers

Process analysis · Workflow automation · AI-assisted operations · Internal tools · Integration with existing systems

What this isn’t

  • We connect established AI services and tools to the way you already work. This isn’t training or building custom AI models.
  • Where judgment matters, a person stays in the loop. We don’t promise fully hands-off automation.

Where we have done this

Founder experience

  • Małgosia

For Messageworks, Małgosia automated a 5,000-page catalogue using Illustrator scripting and signage colour logic, turning a workflow that took weeks into one that took hours.

  • Małgosia

At WallArt, the production automation she worked on reduced production time by roughly 70–85%.

  • Małgosia

On a SaaS beauty app, she designed the UX for AI personalisation flows. Her role was the experience and visual design, not building the AI technology.

Individual experience, often as part of wider teams. Not AX Designers company results.
