AX Designers helps businesses and teams design and build digital products people can use, take repetitive work off people’s desks with automation and, where it fits, AI, and make websites clear to people, search engines and AI assistants.

We start from the result you need, not from a tool.

02The shift, in numbers

Use is spreading. Results depend on the work.

More people use generative AI every quarter. Where its effect on work has been measured carefully, the gains depend on the task and on who is doing it. Meanwhile, the way people find things online is changing underneath everyone.

  1. S/01

18.8% of the world’s working-age population used a generative AI product in June 2026.

These numbers describe trends, not your business. They are why we think practical implementation and clear, well-structured content matter now. They are not a promise of results.

03Start from the problem

What’s in the way?

AX Designers is the front door to five specialist branches. Find the problem that sounds like yours: each route says what the branch solves, how the work goes, what you get first and where it leads.

What happens first

Whichever route you take, the work starts with the goal: the outcome you need, the people it affects, how things run today and your constraints. You get the goal, constraints and success measures in writing. How we work

AX Code: We need a website, an app or a digital service that people can actually use.

You have an idea, a process that lives in spreadsheets, or a product people struggle with, and you need it shaped, designed and built into something that works.

What AX Code offers

AX Code shapes, designs and builds websites, web applications and digital services: product strategy, UX and UI, a working prototype early, and the finished, deployed software. It is the service; the products it has produced are on AX Products.

Strategy, interface and code designed together, so decisions at the top survive to the bottom.

How the work goes

  1. Start from the work

How the task is done today, by whom, and where it breaks.

  2. Prototype in code

A working version early, so questions are settled by use, not by opinion.

  3. Ship and refine

Release, watch how it is used, and improve what matters.

What you get

Working software, tested against real use, deployed, with its decisions and known limits written down.

AX Intelligence: We think AI could help, but we don’t know where, or which tool to trust.

Everyone is talking about AI tools, and you want a grounded answer for your own work before you spend money or change how people work.

What AX Intelligence offers

AX Intelligence is guidance before anything is built. We look at the work, identify where AI may genuinely help and where a simpler option is enough, compare established tools and services against your workflow, and recommend the one that fits. We don’t train or build custom AI models.

How the work goes

  1. Look at the work

The tasks, who does them, how long they take and what goes wrong.

  2. Compare, simplest first

A process change, rule-based automation, existing software, an AI tool or service, or a custom build.

  3. Recommend

The option that fits, the alternatives considered, and what it can’t do. If it needs building in, AX Automation takes it from there.

What you get

A recommendation for each step of the work: AI, rule-based automation or a person, with the reasons and the limits.

AX Automation: People spend hours on the same work, again and again.

Documents, content, catalogues or data are handled by hand, step by step, and the same mistakes keep coming back.

What AX Automation offers

AX Automation analyses how repetitive work runs today and improves it. It doesn’t assume AI is needed: often the answer is a better process or automating fixed rules.

  • Improve the process and automate the rules

Remove steps that aren’t needed, and automate the predictable ones with rules, scripts or the software you already have. No AI required.

  • Bring AI into the workflow, with review

Where inputs vary, such as documents, text or images, add AI-assisted steps and connect established AI services to your systems, with screens where people check and correct the output.

Automate the steps that repeat. Keep people at the points where judgment matters.

How the work goes

  1. Map the process

Every step, who does it, how long it takes, and what goes wrong.

  2. Choose the right tool

Rules where inputs are predictable; AI where they are not; people where judgment matters.

  3. Build with review built in

Automation that shows its work, so people can check and correct it.

We don’t promise fully hands-off automation: where judgment matters, a person stays in the loop.

What you get

A map of the workflow with the steps worth automating marked, the automated workflow and its review screens, and a record of what it does and where it can go wrong.

AX Academy: Our team wants to understand these tools and methods, and use them ourselves.

You would rather build the skills in-house than depend on someone else for every change.

What AX Academy offers

AX Academy is the learning branch: helping people and teams understand and use new tools and ways of working themselves.

Its audience, formats and programme are still being defined, so there are no courses to list yet.

AX Visibility: Customers can’t find us, and search engines or AI assistants describe us wrongly.

People now find businesses through search results, AI answers and assistants, and each of them reads your site in its own way.

What AX Visibility offers

AX Visibility works on GEO and AEO, generative- and answer-engine optimisation: making your site clear and findable across search engines and AI assistants, with sound technical foundations, page structure and writing that answer real questions, and structured data that matches what each page actually says.

How the work goes

  1. Audit the foundations

What search engines and AI crawlers can reach, read and index today.

  2. Fix and clarify

Technical fixes first, then structure and copy, one documented change at a time.

  3. Measure honestly

Baseline first, then track changes, without claiming causes we can’t show.

We don’t promise rankings or AI citations. Nobody honestly can.

What you get

A technical audit, clearer structure and copy, honest structured data, and a measurement plan with dated checks in AI assistants.

04About AX Designers

AI changes what we can do. Experience changes what we do with it.

Different practices. One thoughtful way of working.

AI makes it possible to explore, design and build in new ways. Knowing what is useful still takes experience: understanding people, shaping a clear product, and seeing a complicated workflow through to something that works.

AX Designers was co-founded by two women, Jolanta Żochowska and Małgosia, designers with complementary backgrounds in digital products, UX, art direction, brand systems and production automation. As co-founders, they bring clear thinking and hands-on design and implementation to the work.

We use AI where it helps, and established tools or a simpler approach when they fit better. The aim is work that is useful, considered and made to last.

More about us

05How we work

From your goal to a measured result.

Five steps, whatever the project. How long each takes depends on the work; a small project moves through them quickly.

  1. 01

    Understand the goal

The business outcome you need, the people it affects, how the work runs today, your constraints and existing tools, and what success would mean.

Output: Goal, constraints and success measures, in writing

  2. 02

    Establish a baseline

Where data exists, we record today’s time, cost, error rate, completion rate or conversion. Where it doesn’t, we agree how to start measuring before anything changes.

Output: A baseline, or a plan to establish one

  3. 03

    Choose the right approach

We compare a process change, rule-based automation, existing software, AI features and custom work, and recommend the simplest option that meets the goal. We don’t start from a predetermined AI tool.

Output: A recommended approach, with the alternatives considered

  4. 04

    Design and implement

We map the experience and the workflow, prototype and test early, connect to your current systems where feasible, keep a person in review where judgment or risk requires it, and document what we built.

Output: The working solution and its documentation

  5. 05

    Measure and improve

We compare the agreed measures with the baseline, say what else may have affected them, and recommend the next iteration based on actual use.

Output: Results against the baseline, and next steps

Our working method. Steps overlap, and real projects usually go round more than once. Measure, then choose again: stage 05 feeds back into stage 03.

06Outcomes

Agree the measure. Then measure it.

Before the work starts, we agree with you what success means and how it will be measured, and record where things stand. Afterwards we compare against that baseline and say what else may have influenced the result. We don’t promise a set uplift: the right measure depends on the work.

What can be measured

Digital products

  • Task completion and drop-off in key flows
  • Time to complete key tasks
  • Adoption and repeat use
  • Support requests about the product
  • User satisfaction, asked directly

Workflow automation and AI tools

  • Time per task or per case
  • Error and rework rate
  • Volume handled per person
  • Time from request to result
  • Share of cases still handled by hand

Digital visibility

  • Pages indexed and eligible to appear
  • Search impressions and clicks for an agreed set of searches
  • Qualified enquiries, by where they came from
  • How accurately search and AI assistants describe the business, in dated checks
